Protecting your personal data matters to me, and this website is built to need as little of it as possible. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not create user profiles.

Fonts, images and all other files except the videos are served from this website itself, so visiting it involves no requests to third-party font or asset services. Personal data is treated confidentially and in accordance with the GDPR and the applicable German data protection laws.

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open a page, your browser connects to Vercel's servers, which process technical connection data such as your IP address, the file requested, the time of the request, the referring page, and your browser and operating system.

That data is needed to deliver the website and to keep it stable and secure. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in a reliable presentation of this website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Vercel processes the data on my behalf and under a data processing addendum in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Insofar as data is transferred to the United States, Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

The videos on this website are not served from its own server but through the content delivery network bunny.net, operated by BunnyWay d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 165, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.

When a video loads, your browser connects to bunny.net's servers, which process technical connection data such as your IP address in order to deliver the file. This keeps loading times short no matter where you are. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in a fast and reliable presentation of this website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). bunny.net processes the data on my behalf and is based in the European Union.

There is no contact form on this website; the email address is simply there for you to copy. If you write to me, I store your message and the data it contains, such as your name and email address, in order to answer it.

If your enquiry relates to a contract or to steps taken before entering into one, the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR; in all other cases it is my legitimate interest in answering it (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). I do not pass this data on to third parties and delete it once it is no longer needed and no retention obligation applies.

This website links to projects, studios and social media profiles run by others. These are plain links: nothing is sent to them until you click one, and from that point on the privacy policy of the website you have opened applies. I have no control over how those websites handle your data.

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to the personal data I hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data deleted unless a legal retention obligation applies, to have processing restricted, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to receive your data in a portable format.
